Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how RxLens, operated by Nexcea Limited, uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local and session storage. They help websites work, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used.
2. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the Service to function — for example, keeping you logged in to your dashboard session and securing the site. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
Preferences
Remember choices such as your saved filters or settings, to improve your experience.
Analytics
Help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. These are only set with your consent where required, and the data is used in aggregate. We do not currently use third-party analytics cookies; if we introduce them, we will update this policy and name the provider here.
Marketing and advertising
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising, understand which campaigns lead to sign-ups, and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. This sets cookies in your browser and may share limited information with LinkedIn. It is a non-essential cookie and is only loaded after you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner — if you decline, it is not loaded. You can read LinkedIn’s own privacy and cookie information at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.
3. Third-party cookies
Our payment processor, Stripe, may set cookies that are necessary for secure checkout and fraud prevention when you subscribe.
4. Managing cookies
When you first visit, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies (such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag) via a banner. You can change your choice at any time by clicking Cookie settings to reopen the banner, or by controlling and deleting cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Service from working.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the revised version with a new date.
