Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 9 June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses RxLens. It exists to keep the Service fair, lawful and sustainable for all subscribers.
1. You must not
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to systematically extract data or attempt to reconstruct or replicate the underlying dataset;
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or otherwise make the Content available to third parties, except exports expressly permitted by your plan and used for your own internal purposes;
- share your login, allow more users than your plan's seat allowance, or use a single account for an organisation that should hold a Team or Enterprise plan;
- circumvent, disable or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, export limits or other access controls;
- probe, scan, overload or test the vulnerability of the Service, or interfere with its normal operation;
- upload or transmit malware, or use the Service to infringe others' rights or break the law;
- misrepresent the data — for example, presenting indicative costs as actual prices paid, or implying the Service is provided or endorsed by the NHS.
2. Fair use of exports
Exports are intended to support your own analysis. Bulk or repeated extraction designed to recreate the dataset, or sharing exports externally, is not permitted other than under an Enterprise agreement.
3. Consequences
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe this Policy has been breached. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Reporting misuse
If you become aware of misuse or a security issue, please contact us at rxlens@nexcea.com.
